Getting Started

• Sign your card before using it and keep a record of the card number and the toll-free number listed on the back in a safe place.

• Register your card at GoCardServices.com to use it for online or phone purchases and to view your balance or transaction history.

Using Your Card

Visa® gift cards work at most places that accept Visa®. Use them online, in stores, for bills, and more.

• In stores: Swipe your card and select “credit.”

• Online: Enter your card details and use the same billing address as during registration.

• Split purchases: If your purchase is more than your available balance, ask to split the payment with another method; otherwise, the transaction might be declined.

• Certain purchases (like restaurants, hotels, car rentals, and gas pumps) may preauthorize your card for an amount higher than your purchase to cover tips or extras.

• Buy exact-amount store gift cards (like on Amazon) to use up small remaining balances.

• Use your Visa™ gift card’s PIN (call 866-261-7741 to receive it) for purchases at the point of sale—note, you cannot get cash back or use at ATMs.

• Avoid monthly fees: Spend your gift card in the first year to prevent maintenance charges.

• Write down your card number and customer service number and keep them in a safe place in case your card is lost.
