Commerce Bank of Wyoming My Fair Share Program: A Testament to Community Giving

The My Fair Share program is a yearly initiative that allows Commerce Bank of Wyoming (CBWY) employees to contribute part of their paycheck to non-profit organizations and causes that uplift our community. For the employees at CBWY it is not just about the financial contributions; it’s about our culture of being part of something bigger than themselves.

Through the My Fair Share program, employees can nominate local organizations for monetary donations and choose which causes to support by pledging a percentage of their pay throughout the year. Since its inception in 2017, My Fair Share has positively impacted numerous organizations, reflecting the spirit of generosity and community at the heart of our bank. We are thrilled to announce the recipients of the 2024 My Fair Share program and continue this tradition of giving back.

This year, a total of $3,000 in donations will be shared between two impactful organizations, including Hospice of Sweetwater County, and Sweetwater Family Resource Center for Project Hope. To date, Commerce Bank of Wyoming employees have donated an incredible $18,000 through the My Fair Share program.
