The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for promotion administration purposes. This Contest is open only to legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Every participant has equal odds of winning.

Participation

Commerce Bank of Wyoming “Share the Love” is open to everyone. You may participate in the contest by completing the online entry form and submitting a picture and/or message. By submitting your message and picture, you are representing that you agree to have your picture and all persons included in the picture and/or message displayed on the Commerce Bank of Wyoming digital message center. Commerce Bank of Wyoming is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your photos. The submission period begins on Monday, January 27, 2025, and closes at 12:00 am on Monday, February 10, 2025.

Photo Submission Criteria

All photos must be consistent with the contest theme and in compliance with the Contest Rules. Commerce Bank of Wyoming reserves the right to reject photos that are not in compliance with the contest rules. We have the following limits on subject matter:

• No objectionable content, such as alcohol, smoking, guns, violence, obscenities, or nudity
• No content that is defamatory to any group or individual and/or violates any law
• No copyrighted photos

Winning

By 5:00 pm on February 10, 2025, ten photo and/or message submissions will be selected by a panel of Bank employees and declared the winners. The winning entrants will have their submissions displayed on the Commerce Bank of Wyoming message center on February 14, 2025. The winners will be notified on February 10, 2025, by email or Facebook Message.

Image Ownership

All digital images must be original work. Participants retain ownership rights to their photos. By submitting your photograph, you grant Commerce Bank of Wyoming an unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, perform, and display the image on Commerce Bank of Wyoming’s message center and in any marketing or advertising of any kind related thereto, in any medium now known or later developed. Commerce Bank of Wyoming will not pay you any compensation for your photograph or any use we make of it. Commerce Bank of Wyoming is not obligated to use your photograph, and we may not notify you if we do not use it. By submitting your photograph, you agree and represent to Commerce Bank of Wyoming that you are the sole copyright owner of the photograph.
