Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Full Time Teller to manage daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, adhere to bank policies, and contribute to a secure banking environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions for deposits and withdrawals with attention to detail.
- Ensure accurate cash drawer management and reporting discrepancies.
- Verify check authenticity and facilitate appropriate fund transactions.
- Efficiently count and prepare currency and coins, and assist with night depository duties.
- Utilize bank software to access customer information for service needs.
- Demonstrate professional, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Identify opportunities to recommend bank products that fit customer needs.
- Adhere to all bank procedures, including compliance training and dual control practices.
- Perform back counter responsibilities like imaging and balancing work.
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the bank professionally.
- Proven record of delivering friendly and courteous customer service.
- Ability to multitask and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with using computers and banking software systems.
