  • Text: Enrolled users will receive a text from 20733 and identified as “Commerce Bank of Wyoming Fraud Alerts.” Valid notifications include transaction details and ask for a simple “yes,” “no,” “help,” or “stop” reply. Respond promptly to help resolve issues and lift any card restrictions.

When contacted by the bank, you’ll never be asked for your PIN, CVV codes, or expiration dates. A legitimate fraud alert will NEVER contain:
  • Clickable links

  • Requests for card details

It is extremely important that we have your current contact information on file. Your quick replies help the system learn your behaviors and will prevent future delays or card restrictions.
